About me
Hi, I’m Nathalie Agius, a qualified physiotherapist in Malta with a genuine passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love — without pain holding them back.
My journey into physiotherapy began with a deep interest in how the body moves, heals, and adapts. Over the years, that interest grew into a career focused on evidence-based care, individualised treatment, and empowering people to understand their bodies rather than simply “treating symptoms”.

My Background & Experience
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy since 2011 and am fully registered with the State Register of Physiotherapists (SRP) and Malta Association of Physiotherapists (MMAP).
Alongside my formal education, I continue to invest in ongoing professional development to ensure my clients receive care that is current, effective, and grounded in best practice.
Through years of clinical experience, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life — from those managing everyday aches and pains to athletes aiming to improve performance or recover from injury. This breadth of experience has shaped the way I practice today: no two bodies are the same, and no treatment plan should be either.
Alongside my physiotherapy qualifications, I am also a qualified personal trainer. This allows me to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance, particularly when working with active individuals and athletes. By combining clinical physiotherapy knowledge with strength and conditioning principles, I’m able to design rehabilitation and training programmes that are both safe and performance-focused.
How I Help & Who I Work With
